Wellness at Tanglewood Trace
Our wellness services are based on best practices and a resident-directed culture which encourages each senior to be involved with the care and services they receive. A detailed evaluation and interview is conducted with the resident, family, primary care provider, and key members of our wellness team prior to move in.
For our independent residents who do not need assisted living services, we have the option to add:
- Medication reminders
- Meal time reminders
- Emergency call pendants
These optional Wellness Benefits have offered peace of mind to both residents and their families.
Feeling good is our goal for all residents at Tanglewood Trace. Elements of Live Well! include the senior-directed service plan; open-dining/nutrition evaluation; medication assistance; reporting wellness progress to primary health care provider and measuring fitness improvement, such as weight, blood pressure, and core strength; and a Ridgeline-designed fall prevention program.
